9. Meridian Research Consultancy Pty Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than AUD $20,000,000, as required for operations in Australia Brisbane and across Queensland.
10. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) procedures or, where applicable, the courts of the State of Queensland.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have received, reviewed, and accepted this Quotation Estimate in its entirety.
