- 30% deposit ($13,919.40) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% progress payment ($18,559.20) due upon completion of data collection phase (Item 4).
- 30% final payment ($13,919.40) due upon delivery of the final research report and manuscript.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Payment terms are Net 14 days from invoice date.
- Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer for the engagement of an Academic Researcher and is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- The Academic Researcher shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance (minimum $10,000,000) and public liability insurance throughout the engagement period in Australia Sydney.
- All intellectual property produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Academic Researcher, unless otherwise agreed in writing in a separate IP agreement.
