The researcher will be based in Bangladesh Dhaka for the entire duration of the project and will report bi-weekly to the project supervisor at the University of Dhaka.

The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following milestones within the stipulated 12-month timeline:

• Month 4: Completion of primary data collection across a minimum of 15 educational institutions in Bangladesh Dhaka, including structured interviews with 200+ teachers and 500+ students.
• Month 7: Submission of interim progress report with preliminary findings and statistical analysis to the supervising committee.
• Month 10: Completion of full data analysis, drafting of two peer-reviewed journal articles, and preparation of the final research monograph.
• Month 12: Final project report, policy brief for the Bangladesh Ministry of Education, and a public presentation at a conference in Dhaka.

• Advance Payment (30%): BDT 1,449,000 within 14 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Interim Payment (40%): BDT 1,932,000 upon submission and approval of the Month 7 interim report.
• Final Payment (30%): BDT 1,449,000 upon acceptance of the final deliverables and project closure.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Dhaka Research & Consultancy Services Ltd., Bank of Dhaka, Banani Branch, Bangladesh Dhaka. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in Bangladesh.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
• The Academic Researcher shall adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Bangladesh National Research Council and the institutional ethics committee of the University of Dhaka.
• All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and Dhaka Research & Consultancy Services Ltd., as stipulated in the separate Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
• Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, payment shall be pro-rated based on completed milestones.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
• All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh, 2001.
