- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Academic Researcher may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork (Item 2), and 30% upon final delivery of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the formal contract.
- The Academic Researcher shall comply with all ethical guidelines established by the Brazilian National Research Ethics Committee (CONEP) and the institutional review board of IEASP.
- All data collected during fieldwork in São Paulo, Brazil, shall be handled in strict accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). Informed consent forms shall be obtained from all participants prior to any data collection activity.
- Intellectual property of the final research outputs shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and IEASP, as stipulated in the master service agreement. The Academic Researcher retains the right to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a 60-day prior notification to IEASP.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and a corresponding adjustment to the total cost.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP.
- The Academic Researcher reserves the right to decline or modify any aspect of the engagement if it conflicts with academic integrity standards or Brazilian legal requirements.
