1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on market conditions in Chile Santiago.
2. The Academic Researcher engagement is contingent upon the successful completion of the recruitment process described in Item 1. Should the candidate not meet the academic qualifications specified, this Quotation Estimate shall be reissued at no additional cost to the client.
3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% at the midpoint of the contract (month 6), and 30% upon completion of the annual performance review. All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via bank transfer to the account designated by Andes Academic Consulting Group SpA, Chile Santiago.
4. The Academic Researcher shall be subject to the academic code of conduct and intellectual property policies of the client institution. All research outputs, publications, and data generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned as stipulated in the individual employment contract.
5. Cancellation policy: Should the client wish to terminate the Academic Researcher engagement prior to the end of the 12-month period, a notice period of sixty (60) days in writing is required. In such cases, a termination fee equivalent to two months of the professional fee shall apply.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. All services are governed by the Civil Code of Chile and applicable labor legislation in force in Chile Santiago.
7. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Academic Researcher shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile.
