1. Introduction and Scope of Work

This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by our firm to provide comprehensive Academic Researcher professional services within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa metropolitan area and its surrounding regions. Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) at the prevailing National Bank of Ethiopia exchange rate as of the date of issue. Rates are subject to adjustment should the Birr fluctuate by more than 5% prior to contract execution. 3. Terms and Conditions

Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Academic Researcher team must be reconfirmed in writing.
Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four (4) installments: 30% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of field data collection, 30% upon delivery of the final manuscript, and 10% upon successful journal acceptance or final institutional approval. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch.
Intellectual Property: All research outputs, data sets, and manuscripts produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the contracting institution and the Academic Researcher team, as stipulated in the Ethiopian Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Proclamation (No. 410/2004).
Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher team commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, unpublished findings, and institutional information encountered during the course of work in Ethiopia Addis Ababa and its surrounding areas.
Compliance: All research activities shall comply with the Ethiopian National Research Ethics Committee guidelines, the Addis Ababa City Administration research permit regulations, and applicable federal laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Ethiopia.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the Addis Ababa City First Instance Court in accordance with Ethiopian civil law.
Subcontracting: The Academic Researcher lead shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the contracting institution.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the contracting institution acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Academic Researcher team in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
