- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate shall be deemed accepted upon written confirmation by the authorized representative of Université Lumière Lyon 2 within the validity period stated above. Failure to confirm within 90 days will render this estimate void, and a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in France Lyon will be required.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four equal quarterly installments of 45,150.00 EUR (TTC), due on the 1st of October 2025, January 2026, April 2026, and July 2026 respectively. Invoices shall be issued to the Finance Department of the university, 16 Avenue Berthelot, 69008 Lyon, France.
- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, including publications, datasets, and monographs produced by the Academic Researcher under this engagement, shall be jointly owned by the researcher and the commissioning institution, in accordance with French intellectual property law (Code de la propriété intellectuelle, Articles L.111-1 et seq.).
- Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, unpublished findings, and internal communications of the university. This obligation shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years.
