1. Scope of Services — Academic Researcher Engagement

3. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments via bank transfer to the IRAP account (IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX):

• First installment (50%): EUR 105,600.00 — due within 30 days of contract signature, prior to the commencement of the Academic Researcher's engagement in France Paris.

4. Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Academic Researcher are subject to renegotiation.
2. The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable French labor regulations, data protection laws (RGPD / GDPR), and the ethical standards of the French National Research Agency (ANR).
3. All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and Université Paris Cité, as stipulated in the French Code de la propriété intellectuelle.

6. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Paris, France, or by arbitration under the rules of the CCI Paris.
7. The Academic Researcher is required to maintain professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 throughout the engagement period in France Paris.
