This Quotation Estimate for the Academic Researcher engagement in India Bangalore shall be settled as follows:
- 30% Advance (INR 4,27,136) — Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment (INR 5,69,515) — Due upon completion of primary data collection and submission of interim research findings.
- 30% Final Payment (INR 4,27,137) — Due upon delivery of the final Academic Researcher report, all supplementary data sets, and the presentation deck.
All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the designated bank account of ResearchBridge Analytics Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India. Invoices will be raised in accordance with the GST regulations applicable in Karnataka, India Bangalore.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Academic Researcher rates and availability in India Bangalore may be subject to revision.
4.2 The Academic Researcher shall maintain strict academic integrity, adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) or the relevant institutional ethics committee in India Bangalore, and ensure all data is handled in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
4.3 Any scope change or additional deliverable requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be documented in a written change order and priced separately.
4.4 The Academic Researcher retains the right to publish anonymised findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a 90-day embargo period agreed upon by the client.
4.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
