This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delhi Research & Analytics Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. to provide the services of a qualified Academic Researcher for the duration of twelve (12) months. The Academic Researcher will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Conducting comprehensive literature reviews and systematic bibliographic analysis across Indian and international academic databases relevant to the client's research domain.
• Designing and executing primary data collection methodologies, including structured surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions, with fieldwork primarily based in India New Delhi and its surrounding National Capital Region.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical software (SPSS, NVivo, R) and producing peer-review-ready analytical reports.
• Drafting research papers, policy briefs, and conference presentations suitable for submission to national and international academic journals and policy forums in India New Delhi.
• Coordinating with government departments, think tanks, and academic institutions located in India New Delhi to facilitate data access, expert consultations, and collaborative research opportunities.
• Maintaining full ethical compliance as per the guidelines of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India.

Amount in words: Rupees Forty-Five Lakh One Thousand Seven Hundred Only (INR 45,01,700/-). All rates are inclusive of the Academic Researcher's professional expertise and exclusive of any additional travel beyond the NCR region unless pre-approved in writing.

• 25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• Remaining 75% payable in four equal quarterly installments, due on the 5th of the first month of each quarter (October 2025, January 2026, April 2026, and June 2026).
• Payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Delhi Research & Analytics Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Connaught Place Branch, New Delhi – 110001, India.
• A 1.5% monthly interest shall be applicable on any overdue payment beyond 15 days of the due date.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India New Delhi.
• The Academic Researcher shall devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the project. Any additional hours beyond this shall be billed at INR 2,500 per hour.
• All intellectual property, data, manuscripts, and research outputs generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client (University of Delhi, New Delhi).
• The Academic Researcher is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all data, findings, and unpublished materials encountered during the course of work in India New Delhi.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of 30 days. In such cases, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the termination date.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
• All disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
• The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and data protection regulations relevant to research conducted in India New Delhi.
