- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period requires a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Iran Tehran.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance; 40% upon completion of data collection (Milestone 3); 30% upon final manuscript delivery. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account at Bank Melli, Tehran branch, or through an internationally recognized escrow service.
- Academic Integrity: The Academic Researcher guarantees full originality of all work. Plagiarism, data fabrication, or ethical violations will result in immediate contract termination and full refund of the affected milestone payment.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final research output transfer to the client. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite the work in their academic portfolio with client attribution.
- Force Majeure: Delays caused by government-mandated closures, internet restrictions, or national emergencies in Iran Tehran shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
