The Academic Researcher will be based in Rome, Italy, and will operate under the institutional framework of the client organization while maintaining academic independence in methodology and findings.

The engagement encompasses the following core deliverables:

• Literature Review & Archival Research: Systematic review of existing scholarship housed in the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Roma, the Archivio di Stato di Roma, and the Vatican Apostolic Library. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After 15 September 2025, all rates and terms are subject to renegotiation.
• The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable Italian labour and tax regulations, including INPS and INAIL contributions where applicable to the contractual arrangement.
