5.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Academic Researcher reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in operational costs, exchange rates, or availability.

5.3 Intellectual Property: All research outputs, including the analytical report, policy brief, and manuscript, shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and the client, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate intellectual property agreement. The Academic Researcher retains the right to publish findings in peer-reviewed academic journals, subject to a 30-day prior notification to the client.

5.4 Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher and all research assistants shall adhere to strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with Ivorian data protection law (Loi n° 2013-450). All respondent data collected in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall be anonymized and stored on encrypted servers.

5.5 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of termination, as documented in the project log.

5.6 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ivory Coast. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce.
