Thank you for requesting a Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a qualified Academic Researcher to support the Applied Research Division at Kuwait University. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for the project to be executed in Kuwait, Kuwait City, and reflects our commitment to delivering world-class research support services tailored to the academic and institutional requirements of the State of Kuwait.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a senior Academic Researcher to be based in Kuwait, Kuwait City for a period of twelve (12) months. The Academic Researcher will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

Design and execution of a longitudinal study on renewable energy integration in the Kuwaiti urban grid, conducted entirely within the Kuwait, Kuwait City metropolitan area.
Preparation of a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed journal articles for submission to Q1/Q2 international journals, with the Academic Researcher serving as first or corresponding author.
Conduct of weekly laboratory sessions and data-analysis workshops for graduate students at the Kuwait University campus in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
Development of a comprehensive research methodology report aligned with the National Research Strategy of Kuwait.
Participation in at least two (2) national or international academic conferences, with the Academic Researcher presenting original findings.
Mentorship and supervision of up to four (4) postgraduate research students registered at Kuwait University.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, all to be settled in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of ScholarBridge Research Consultancy LLC, National Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait City branch:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
The Academic Researcher shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, commencing on the date mutually agreed upon by both parties, with the primary work location in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
All intellectual property, data, and publications generated during the engagement shall remain the sole property of Kuwait University, in accordance with Kuwaiti academic regulations.
The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Labour Law (Law No. 6 of 2010) and the Personal Status provisions relevant to expatriate professionals.
ScholarBridge Research Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, government-mandated closures, or changes in Kuwaiti regulatory policy.
Any scope changes or additional deliverables requested by the client after the initial acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment and additional cost assessment.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Academic Researcher in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
