This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional fees for the engagement of a qualified Academic Researcher to support ongoing research initiatives at the client's institution in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The scope of work outlined herein has been carefully tailored to meet the specific methodological, analytical, and publication requirements of the commissioned research project. All pricing reflects current market rates for specialist Academic Researcher services within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area as of the date of this document.
The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables over a period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date of contract execution:
- Conduct a comprehensive literature review spanning peer-reviewed journals, grey literature, and institutional repositories relevant to the client's research domain in Southeast Asian socio-economic development.
- Design and implement a mixed-methods research framework, including quantitative survey instruments (n = 1,200 respondents across Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and surrounding states) and qualitative semi-structured interviews (n = 35 participants).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis using SPSS, R, and NVivo software, including structural equation modelling (SEM), thematic coding, and triangulation of findings.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) instalments via bank transfer to the account of ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (Bank: Maybank, Account No: 5123-4567-8901, SWIFT: BMMBMYKL):
- Instalment 1 (40%): MYR 218,656.80 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and commencement of the Academic Researcher engagement.
- Instalment 2 (35%): MYR 191,324.70 – Due at the six-month milestone upon submission of interim findings and draft manuscripts.
- Instalment 3 (25%): MYR 136,660.50 – Due upon delivery of the final research report, published manuscripts, and completion of the conference presentation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions for Academic Researcher services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
5.2. All intellectual property rights in the final research outputs shall be jointly owned by the client institution and ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3. The Academic Researcher team shall adhere to the Malaysian Code of Research Ethics and the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia.
5.4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 shall require a formal variation order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
5.5. This engagement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005.
5.6. The client agrees to provide timely access to institutional data, facilities, and administrative support necessary for the Academic Researcher to fulfil the agreed deliverables.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for international travel, publication page charges, or open-access fees, which shall be borne directly by the client institution. All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of local travel within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Academic Researcher team in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
