The Academic Researcher will perform the following tasks as part of the engagement detailed in this Quotation Estimate:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the validity period, the Academic Researcher rates and associated costs may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
2. The Academic Researcher reserves the right to decline or modify the scope of work if ethical research standards cannot be maintained or if access to research sites in Myanmar Yangon is restricted by local authorities.
3. All data collected during the engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client. The Academic Researcher shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
4. Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial agreement will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and additional charges.
5. The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including data protection and research ethics guidelines.
