- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Academic Researcher engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the draft research report, and 20% upon final acceptance and presentation. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate in full compliance with Dutch data protection regulations (GDPR) and the ethical codes of the Dutch academic community. All data collected in Netherlands Amsterdam or elsewhere shall be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional research deliverables, or extended timelines must be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Amendments to this Quotation Estimate will be issued as a supplementary document.
- The Academic Researcher reserves the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to prior written consent from the client. This clause may be waived at the client's request for an additional fee of € 2,500.00.
- All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies and pre-existing frameworks remain the property of the Academic Researcher.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Netherlands Amsterdam area, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Academic Researcher as described herein. The engagement will be conducted in accordance with the terms specified in this document and applicable regulations in Netherlands Amsterdam.
