- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Academic Researcher reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of data collection phase, and 30% upon final delivery of the research report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Privacy Act 2020, the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and any relevant Auckland Council bylaws pertaining to research activities in the region.
- All intellectual property produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Academic Researcher, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Publication rights shall be negotiated separately.
- The client agrees to provide reasonable access to sites, data, and personnel within the New Zealand Auckland area as required for the conduct of the research.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written variation order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the Disputes Standards Act 2017.
- The Academic Researcher carries professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD $5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the project.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Academic Researcher as described herein. The services will be delivered in accordance with the timelines, deliverables, and quality standards specified in this document, with all work conducted in and around New Zealand Auckland.
