- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Academic Researcher may be subject to revision.
- All services will be delivered in accordance with the ethical standards set by the New Zealand Research Ethics Committee (NZREC) and the University of New Zealand's research integrity guidelines applicable to the New Zealand Wellington region.
- The Academic Researcher shall maintain full confidentiality of all data, findings, and proprietary information encountered during the course of the engagement in New Zealand Wellington.
- Any variation to the scope of work exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total estimated cost will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Intellectual property rights in the final research outputs shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the Academic Researcher's right to cite the work in future academic publications with prior written consent.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 15% as administered by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Wellington, New Zealand, in accordance with the Mediation Act 2010.
- The Academic Researcher is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. All applicable New Zealand tax obligations are the responsibility of the contractor.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial projections set forth herein for the engagement of the Academic Researcher in New Zealand Wellington.
