This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Scholarly Research & Consultancy Services (Pvt.) This document serves as the official Quotation Estimate and outlines all deliverables, timelines, associated costs, and contractual obligations that will govern the professional relationship between our firm and the client institution based in Pakistan Islamabad.

The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following activities, all conducted within the geographical and institutional context of Pakistan Islamabad:

• Conducting a comprehensive literature review spanning at least 200 peer-reviewed publications related to urban planning, public policy, and economic development specific to Pakistan Islamabad and comparable South Asian metropolitan regions.
• Designing and executing a mixed-methods research framework (quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews) targeting a minimum of 500 respondents across the ten union councils of Pakistan Islamabad.
• Performing statistical analysis using SPSS and R software, producing at least 15 analytical tables and 10 interpretive figures for the final research report.
• Drafting a 60-page research monograph suitable for submission to a Q1-indexed journal, with full adherence to APA 7th edition formatting standards.
• Delivering two (2) in-person presentation sessions at the client's campus in Pakistan Islamabad to present interim findings and final conclusions to the faculty review board.
• Providing ongoing advisory support for a period of three (3) months post-delivery to assist with peer-review revisions and conference abstract preparation.

* All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional costs that may arise from scope changes mutually agreed upon in writing.

• Advance Payment (40%): PKR 1,454,640 – due within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Milestone Payment (35%): PKR 1,272,810 – due upon submission of the draft research monograph for client review.
• Final Payment (25%): PKR 909,150 – due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Scholarly Research & Consultancy Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Blue Area Branch, Pakistan Islamabad. Account details are available upon request.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
• The Academic Researcher assigned to this project shall be a PhD-qualified professional with a minimum of ten years of post-doctoral research experience. The client reserves the right to review the researcher's CV prior to commencement.
• All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and our firm, as stipulated in the separate Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to be executed in Pakistan Islamabad.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of termination as reflected in this Quotation Estimate.
• All work shall comply with the ethical guidelines of the Pakistan Council of Science and Technology (PCST) and the institutional research ethics committee of the client's university in Pakistan Islamabad.
• Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher and all supporting staff shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary data or unpublished findings.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Academic Researcher in Pakistan Islamabad.
