The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline, possess a minimum of eight (8) years of post-doctoral research experience, and demonstrate a proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in internationally indexed journals. All fieldwork, data collection, and analytical activities shall be conducted primarily within the boundaries of Pakistan Karachi, including but not limited to the districts of Karachi East, Karachi West, and Karachi Central.

The Academic Researcher shall perform the following tasks as part of the engagement detailed in this Quotation Estimate:

• Design and development of a rigorous research methodology tailored to the client's specific objectives, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative research frameworks appropriate for the socio-economic context of Pakistan Karachi.
• Conduct of a comprehensive literature review spanning a minimum of 150 peer-reviewed sources, with emphasis on studies conducted in South Asian and specifically Karachi-based contexts.
• Primary data collection through structured surveys, semi-structured interviews, and focus group discussions conducted across a minimum of five (5) neighborhoods within Pakistan Karachi.
• Statistical analysis of collected data using SPSS, R, or NVivo software, with all analytical procedures documented for reproducibility.
