The Academic Researcher will be based in the Lima metropolitan area and will conduct fieldwork, literature analysis, data collection, and scholarly writing across multiple sites in Peru Lima, including but not limited to the districts of San Isidro, Miraflores, La Molina, and Surco. All research activities will comply with the ethical guidelines of the Peruvian National System of Science, Technology, and Innovation (SINACYT) and the data protection regulations in force in Peru Lima.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Peru Lima.
• Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four (4) equal quarterly installments, due on the 5th business day of each quarter. The first installment is due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the account of Andean Academic Consulting Group at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), Lima branch. All payments are subject to the issuance of a formal Peruvian invoice (factura) compliant with SUNAT regulations.
• Academic Researcher Availability: The designated Academic Researcher commits to a minimum of 40 hours per week of dedicated research activity. Any substitution of the Academic Researcher requires prior written approval from the client institution.
• Intellectual Property: All research outputs, publications, and data generated by the Academic Researcher during the engagement in Peru Lima shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the consulting firm, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
• Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher and all supporting personnel are bound by a non-disclosure agreement in accordance with Peruvian intellectual property law (Ley Nº 27808) and the data protection framework applicable in Peru Lima.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Peru Lima.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru, or by arbitration before the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Andean Academic Consulting Group to proceed with the engagement of the Academic Researcher for the research project described herein, to be executed in Peru Lima. This signature constitutes formal acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document.
