The Academic Researcher to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily out of our office facilities in Philippines Manila and will be available for on-site consultations at the client's designated location within Metro Manila, including but not limited to university campuses, government research institutions, and private sector offices. The researcher holds a Doctorate in Applied Social Sciences from a recognized Philippine university and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of peer-reviewed publication experience.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Academic Researcher are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Philippines Manila.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing of the Service Contract; 30% upon completion of the mid-project milestone; 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all research outputs.
• All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the designated account of Manila Research & Academic Consulting Services, Inc., BDO Unibank, Makati Branch, Philippines Manila.
• The Academic Researcher shall maintain strict confidentiality of all data, findings, and proprietary information shared by the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
• Any additional services, scope changes, or extensions beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties. Additional charges will be calculated at the prevailing daily rate of the Academic Researcher as stated herein.
• The client is responsible for providing all necessary research permits, ethics clearances (IRB/IRCC), and institutional approvals required under Philippine law and university regulations before fieldwork commences in Philippines Manila or its surrounding regions.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, government-issued quarantine orders, or civil unrest affecting the Philippines Manila area, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
• All intellectual property and publication rights shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the Academic Researcher, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed concurrently with the Service Contract.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. It is solely a good-faith estimate of costs and services.

The rates presented in this Quotation Estimate assume that the Academic Researcher will be working within the standard operational hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in the Philippines Manila time zone (PST, UTC+8). Overtime work, weekend consultations, or travel to provinces outside Metro Manila will be billed separately at 1.5x the standard daily rate. The cost of printing, binding, and physical distribution of final research documents is excluded from this estimate and will be charged at actual cost.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Academic Researcher in Philippines Manila. This acceptance does not obligate the service provider to commence work until the formal Service Contract is executed and the advance payment has been received.
