The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate under the direct supervision of the MIAR Academic Board and will comply with all applicable Russian Federation regulations governing academic research, data protection (Federal Law No. 152-FZ), and intellectual property rights as codified in Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

• Literature Review and Systematic Analysis: The Academic Researcher shall conduct an exhaustive review of no fewer than 200 peer-reviewed sources, including publications indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and the Russian eLibrary (elibrary.ru) database, relevant to the client's designated research domain.

All data collection instruments will be approved by the MIAR Ethics Committee prior to deployment.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the MIAR corporate account (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC details to be provided upon execution of the formal service agreement):

• Installment 1 (40%): 592,992 RUB — Due within five (5) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
• Installment 2 (35%): 518,868 RUB — Due upon delivery and client approval of the interim research findings package (end of Week 6).
• Installment 3 (25%): 370,620 RUB — Due within ten (10) business days of final delivery of the complete research report, manuscript, and all supplementary data files.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding financial projection and does not constitute a contractual obligation until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement in writing. All terms herein are subject to the governing law of the Russian Federation and the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.

5.2 The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full confidentiality of all client data, proprietary information, and unpublished findings in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed concurrently with the Service Agreement.

5.3 Any changes to the scope of work, including additional fieldwork locations beyond the Moscow metropolitan area or extended timelines, shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by MIAR and accepted in writing by the client prior to commencement of the additional work.

5.4 All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the Academic Researcher's right to cite the work in future academic publications with prior written consent from the client.

5.5 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiration date, MIAR reserves the right to reissue this Quotation Estimate with updated rates reflecting current market conditions in Russia Moscow.

5.6 Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated restrictions on academic research activities, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
