• Deliverables will be submitted in both Arabic and English where applicable, in compliance with the Saudi government's language policies for academic and institutional documentation.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration Center (SAARC) rules.
