- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Academic Researcher engagement may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Research Consultancy Pte. Ltd., Singapore Singapore, within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued on a quarterly basis aligned with the Academic Researcher's deliverable milestones.
- A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, amounting to SGD 96,001.75, is required to secure the Academic Researcher's availability and to commence onboarding procedures in Singapore Singapore.
- All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated by the Academic Researcher under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and Meridian Research Consultancy Pte. Ltd., in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Intellectual Property Act and the specific terms of the research grant.
- The Academic Researcher is bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding all proprietary data, unpublished findings, and internal deliberations of the Singapore Singapore client institution. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Any scope changes, additional research phases, or extensions beyond the twelve-month period outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties. Revised costings for such changes will be provided as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in Singapore Singapore.
- The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable employment, immigration, and work permit regulations in Singapore Singapore. The client institution is responsible for sponsoring any necessary Employment Pass or S Pass if the Academic Researcher is a non-citizen.
