Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: (1) 40% upon execution of the service agreement; (2) 40% upon completion of the mid-project review at month three; and (3) 20% upon final delivery of the manuscript and all supporting documentation. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of Seoul Academic Consulting Group Co., Ltd., held at a licensed financial institution in Seoul, South Korea. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% in accordance with the Korean Commercial Act.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
The Academic Researcher engaged under this estimate shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, intellectual property statutes, and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) governing data collected in Seoul.
All research outputs, including raw data, analysis files, and the final manuscript, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate intellectual property addendum.
The Academic Researcher is required to maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 100,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in South Korea Seoul.
Any scope changes exceeding 15% of the original project value must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before additional work commences.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to a mutual non-disclosure obligation for a period of three (3) years following project completion, in compliance with South Korean confidentiality and trade-secret regulations.
Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Academic Researcher engagement in South Korea Seoul and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to commence work until a definitive service contract is executed.
