- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the proposed Academic Researcher are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four (4) quarterly instalments of €19,118.00 each, due on the 5th business day of January, April, July, and October 2026. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN account of Iberia Academic Consulting S.L. held at Banco Santander, Madrid branch.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from the engagement of the Academic Researcher shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Spain Madrid (Juzgados de Primera Instancia, Madrid).
- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, publications, and data generated by the Academic Researcher during the term of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the researcher, in accordance with Spanish intellectual property legislation (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, RDL 1/1996).
- Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations regarding all unpublished data, internal documents, and proprietary methodologies of the client, in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD 3/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Spain Madrid.
- Compliance: The engagement of the Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable Spanish labour regulations, social security contributions (Seguridad Social), and professional accreditation requirements set forth by the Consejo de Universidades.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises the engagement of the specified Academic Researcher under the terms, conditions, and financial provisions outlined herein.
