- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in market rates or resource availability will be issued.
- All fees quoted are in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) at the current rate of 21%. No additional taxes or levies specific to the Spain Valencia region shall be charged beyond those stated herein.
- Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments of 19,192.50 EUR (incl. IVA), due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The first instalment is due upon contract signature; subsequent instalments are due on 1 December 2025, 1 March 2026, and 1 June 2026.
- The Academic Researcher shall devote a minimum of 38 hours per week to the project. Any work performed beyond the agreed scope, as defined in the attached Statement of Work, will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and prior written approval from the client.
- All intellectual property, including the monograph, journal articles, datasets, and analytical code produced by the Academic Researcher, shall be jointly owned by the client and the researcher, with the researcher retaining the right to present findings at academic conferences in Spain Valencia and internationally.
- The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable Spanish data protection regulations (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the handling of participant data collected within Spain Valencia.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, as detailed in a final Quotation Estimate reconciliation statement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope, costs, and terms described herein accurately reflect the agreed engagement of the Academic Researcher for the research programme to be conducted in Spain Valencia.
