The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following activities conducted primarily within the metropolitan area of Thailand Bangkok and its surrounding provinces:

• Phase 1 – Literature Review & Methodology Design (Weeks 1–4): The Academic Researcher shall conduct an exhaustive review of existing peer-reviewed literature, government publications, and institutional reports relevant to the commissioned topic. A detailed research methodology, including sampling strategy, data collection instruments, and ethical review documentation, will be prepared and submitted for client approval. All preliminary research will be conducted from the office located in Thailand Bangkok.
• Phase 2 – Field Data Collection (Weeks 5–12): The Academic Researcher will execute primary data collection activities, including structured interviews, focus group discussions, and survey administration, across selected districts in Thailand Bangkok (Pathum Wan, Khlong Toei, Bang Na, and Thon Buri). Travel within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area is included in the quoted fees.
• Phase 3 – Data Analysis & Interpretation (Weeks 13–18): Collected data will be processed, coded, and analyzed using both quantitative (SPSS v.29) and qualitative (NVivo 14) analytical frameworks. The Academic Researcher will produce interim analytical reports for client review at the midpoint of this phase.

• First Installment (40%): THB 885,532 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of Phase 1.
• Second Installment (35%): THB 774,841 – Due upon successful completion of Phase 2 (Field Data Collection) and submission of the interim data summary.
• Third Installment (25%): THB 553,457 – Due upon final delivery and client acceptance of the completed research report and conference presentation materials.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Academic Researcher are subject to reconfirmation.
• The Academic Researcher shall adhere to all ethical guidelines established by the Thai National Research Council and the institutional IRB of the commissioning university in Thailand Bangkok.
• All intellectual property rights in the final research report and associated data shall vest in the commissioning institution upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP assignment document.
• Any scope changes, additional fieldwork locations beyond the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area, or extended timelines will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to execution.
• The Academic Researcher is not an employee of the commissioning institution and shall be engaged as an independent consultant under the terms of this Quotation Estimate.
• Confidentiality: All data, preliminary findings, and unpublished materials shared during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by the Academic Researcher and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Thailand Bangkok.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
