- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of pricing by the service provider.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% upon delivery of the draft research report; 25% upon final acceptance and delivery of all materials in Turkey Ankara.
- All services will be performed by the designated Academic Researcher or, in the event of unavoidable absence, by a substitute researcher of equivalent or superior academic standing, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations under Turkish law (Law No. 6698 — Personal Data Protection Law) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to the research subject matter.
- Intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite the research in academic publications with prior written consent from the client.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate and mutual written agreement.
- All on-site activities in Turkey Ankara, including travel to research sites, university archives, government offices, and private sector facilities, are included within the quoted rates. No additional travel or per-diem charges will be incurred.
