Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Meridian Academic Consulting LLC, United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Federal Tax Authority requirements.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi professional services sector.
- All Academic Researcher personnel engaged under this contract shall comply with the UAE Federal Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and all applicable regulations of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge.
- Intellectual property rights for all research outputs, manuscripts, and data generated under this engagement shall vest exclusively with the client institution, subject to the Academic Researcher's right to be listed as a co-author where contribution warrants.
- Confidentiality: All data, preliminary findings, and unpublished materials shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Academic Researcher team shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to project commencement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such cases, payment shall be due for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, matters shall be referred to the Abu Dhabi Courts of Justice in accordance with UAE civil procedure law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed Service Agreement.
