- Remaining balance shall be invoiced quarterly in arrears, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date.
- All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to Meridian Academic Consulting LLC, Emirates NBD, Account No. 002-458-7712-001.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial transaction regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision.
- The Academic Researcher shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract governed by UAE Federal Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021). Visa, medical insurance, and end-of-service benefits are included in the monthly professional fee.
- All intellectual property, research data, and publications arising from this engagement shall remain the sole property of the Client, Al Noor Institute for Advanced Studies, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Academic Researcher is bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary data, unpublished findings, and institutional strategies.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for work completed up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
