The Academic Researcher engagement outlined in this quotation encompasses literature review, quantitative and qualitative data collection, statistical modeling, peer-reviewed manuscript drafting, conference presentation preparation, and grant application support. • Intellectual Property: All research outputs, manuscripts, data sets, and publications generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and Meridian Academic Consulting Group, LLC, as further specified in the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
• Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher and all supporting personnel are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1668 and applicable federal research data protection regulations.
• Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of manuscript revision are included in the quoted rate. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in Section 2.
