- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Academic Researcher are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (month six), and 30% upon final delivery of the completed manuscript and all supporting documentation.
- All work performed by the Academic Researcher under this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in compliance with the ethical standards of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and the institutional review board (IRB) guidelines of the client organization.
- The Academic Researcher shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the United States and specifically covering operations within the state of Florida.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to implementation.
- All intellectual property produced under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the service provider, unless otherwise specified in the master service agreement. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite the work in future academic publications with prior written consent from the client.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The service provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Academic Researcher with a qualified equivalent if the original researcher becomes unavailable, provided that the substitute meets or exceeds the qualifications outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
