All work will be conducted from our primary office in United States San Francisco or at the client's designated research facility within the San Francisco Bay Area. The Academic Researcher holds a Ph.D. in Applied Social Sciences from Stanford University and possesses over twelve years of published research experience in the fields of urban policy, public health, and environmental sustainability.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Academic Researcher personnel are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon contract execution, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement period, and 30% upon final delivery of all research deliverables. All payments are due in United States Dollars via wire transfer to our San Francisco, California bank account.
- Work Location: All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed primarily in United States San Francisco, California. Any travel outside the San Francisco Bay Area must be pre-approved in writing by the client and will be billed at cost.
- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, manuscripts, data sets, and analytical reports produced by the Academic Researcher under this engagement shall be the sole property of the client, Pacific Coast University Research Division, upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher and all supporting personnel shall adhere to strict confidentiality protocols in compliance with the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act and all applicable federal research data protection regulations.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
- Compliance: All services shall comply with the United States federal research integrity standards, California state labor laws, and the specific grant conditions of the funding agency, if applicable.
