3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to fluctuations in the Zimbabwe Harare economic environment, including fuel costs, transport rates, and foreign exchange rates.

3.2 Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWL) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) reference rate on the date of invoicing. A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 60% payable in two equal instalments: 30% upon completion of field data collection and 30% upon delivery of the final report.

3.3 The Academic Researcher and all research assistants shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and data protection agreement in line with the Zimbabwe Data Protection Act [Chapter 24:08]. All collected data shall be stored securely at the Zimbabwe Harare office and destroyed within two years of project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 The Academic Researcher shall submit a progress report to the client every four weeks. Any scope changes or additional research objectives beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.

3.5 All intellectual property rights in the final research outputs shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the Academic Researcher, with the client retaining the right to publish and disseminate findings for academic and policy purposes.

3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The Academic Researcher reserves the right to decline engagement if the project scope is materially altered after acceptance.

3.7 All services shall be performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the Zimbabwe National Research Council and the University of Zimbabwe's Research Ethics Committee. The Academic Researcher shall obtain all necessary permits for fieldwork in rural areas of Zimbabwe Harare province and adjacent regions.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Academic Researcher and associated services in Zimbabwe Harare.
