2. Scope of Accountant ServicesOur Accountant professionals, all registered with the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade (CRC-RJ), will deliver the following services within the jurisdiction of Brazil Rio de Janeiro:

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in equal monthly installments of R$ 16,706.67 (one hundred and six thousand four hundred and eighty dollars divided by twelve), due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by Rio Contabilidade & Consultoria Ltda. A 1.5% monthly interest penalty and a 2% fine shall apply to any overdue payment. The first installment is due within 10 business days of the formal contract signing. All amounts are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to applicable ISS (Imposto Sobre Serviços) tax as levied by the municipality of Rio de Janeiro.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
- The Accountant services described herein are subject to a minimum engagement period of 12 (twelve) months. Early termination requires a 60-day written notice and payment of a cancellation fee equivalent to two months' service fees.
- All Accountant professionals assigned to this engagement will operate in full compliance with the ethical code of the CRC-RJ and applicable data protection legislation (LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados).
- The client agrees to provide all necessary financial documents, invoices, bank statements, and supporting records in a timely manner to ensure the Accountant team can meet statutory deadlines in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written estimate and prior client approval.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, records, and information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by our Accountant team and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by Brazilian law or regulatory authorities.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, or through arbitration at the CAM-CCBC (Câmara de Arbitragem do Centro de Comércio Brasil-Canadá) at the client's election.
