- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- All fees are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are inclusive of the professional expertise of a licensed Accountant registered with the Ethiopian Accounting and Auditing Professional Body (EAAPB).
- Payment terms: 50% of the total annual fee shall be paid upon signing the service agreement, and the remaining 50% shall be paid in two equal quarterly installments.
- The client is responsible for providing all source documents, invoices, receipts, and supporting records in a timely manner to the assigned Accountant. Delays in document provision may result in additional charges.
- All work performed shall adhere to the professional ethics and standards set by EAAPB and the Ethiopian Commercial Code. The Accountant shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information pertaining to the client's operations in Addis Ababa.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of external statutory audit services, which must be performed by an independent licensed auditor as mandated by Ethiopian law for certain categories of businesses.
- Any services beyond the scope described in this document shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fees.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with Ethiopian law.
