- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
- All fees stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable Iraqi Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 3%, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee shall be due within ten (10) business days of the invoice date. Annual fees for services listed under items 4 and 6 shall be payable in two equal installments (January and July).
