1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on changes in the Italian tax code, regional regulations applicable in Italy Milan, or market conditions.
2. Payment Terms: Invoices for the Accountant services outlined herein shall be issued on a monthly basis and are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided by our firm in Milan. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply in accordance with Italian commercial law.
3. Engagement Period: The services described in this Quotation Estimate are proposed for an initial term of twelve (12) months, commencing on the first day of the month following written acceptance. The engagement may be renewed annually upon mutual written agreement.
