- Payroll processing for up to 50 employees, including social insurance contributions to the Kuwait Social Security Authority, end-of-service benefit calculations, and salary disbursement coordination.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management, including vendor reconciliation, invoice processing, and aging report generation.
- Bank reconciliation for all corporate bank accounts held with local Kuwaiti financial institutions.
- Quarterly management reports and year-end financial audit support to be delivered to the client's board of directors in Kuwait City.
- Advisory services on corporate tax structuring, transfer pricing documentation, and compliance with the Kuwait Companies Law (Law No. 1 of 2016).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon written acceptance by the client, a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed, incorporating all terms detailed in this Quotation Estimate. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. In the event of non-payment beyond the stipulated period, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month shall apply, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial regulations.
The Accountant services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed exclusively for the client's registered business entity in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Any additional services, scope changes, or requests for the Accountant to handle entities outside of Kuwait City or outside the Kingdom of Kuwait will require a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may incur additional charges.
