4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the fees and rates stated herein may be subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes in Netherlands Amsterdam.
Payment Terms: Invoices issued by the Accountant are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Amstel Financial Advisory B.V. at ING Bank, Amsterdam, NL. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory Dutch rate.
Scope Limitations: The services described in this Quotation Estimate are limited to the items explicitly listed in Section 3. Any additional services requested by the client beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate of the assigned Accountant.
Client Obligations: The client agrees to provide all necessary financial documents, bank statements, invoices, and supporting records in a timely manner to enable the Accountant to perform the services without undue delay. Failure to provide documentation within the agreed timeframe may result in additional fees.
Confidentiality: The Accountant and all staff members of Amstel Financial Advisory B.V. are bound by strict professional confidentiality obligations in accordance with Dutch law (Wet op het accountantsberoep) and the SRA code of conduct. All financial data pertaining to the client will be stored securely in our Amsterdam office and on encrypted digital systems.
Liability: The liability of the Accountant and the firm is limited to the total fees paid under this engagement. The firm shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services rendered.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination shall remain due and payable.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety and that the terms, conditions, and fee structure presented herein are accepted. The client authorizes Amstel Financial Advisory B.V. to commence the Accountant services as described in this document, to be performed in Netherlands Amsterdam and in full compliance with all applicable Dutch financial and tax regulations.
