- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, pricing and availability of the designated Accountant professional may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the contract period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our designated account in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The engagement period covered by this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution, renewable upon mutual written agreement.
- Our Accountant team shall maintain strict confidentiality over all financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information of the client in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to all financial records, bank statements, invoices, and supporting documentation required for the Accountant to perform the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any penalties, fines, or interest levied by ZATCA or other Saudi Arabian authorities due to the client's failure to provide accurate or timely information shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of audit outcomes. The Accountant services are advisory and compliance-oriented in nature.
- Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
