- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Accountant service rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Uganda Kampala.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly Accountant service fee is due in advance by the 5th of each month, and the remaining 50% is due by the 25th of the same month. Annual items (audited financial statements) are payable in two equal instalments.
- All services will be delivered by a qualified and experienced Accountant or a team of Accountants assigned specifically to your account in Uganda Kampala.
- Our firm shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information provided by the client, in accordance with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Uganda Kampala, and failing that, through the courts of law in Uganda.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of our Accountant services in Uganda Kampala.
