This Quotation Estimate is based on the assumption that Windy City Manufacturing Co. will maintain approximately 45 active vendor accounts and 120 customer receivable accounts. Should the volume of transactions exceed the projected baseline by more than 20%, our Accountant team will issue a supplemental estimate at the same hourly rates listed above. All services will be rendered from our primary office in downtown United States Chicago, with the option of remote collaboration via secure cloud-based accounting platforms as mutually agreed upon.
Please note that this Quotation Estimate does not include third-party costs such as IRS filing fees, Illinois Secretary of State annual report fees, Chicago municipal business license renewals, or costs associated with obtaining external audit opinions. These will be billed at actual cost with prior written authorization from your office.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After July 15, 2025, rates and availability are subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances.
- Engagement Period: The services described herein cover the period from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Renewal terms will be discussed no later than April 1, 2026.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, records, and proprietary information of Windy City Manufacturing Co. will be treated in strict confidence in accordance with AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable Illinois privacy statutes.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. Fees for services rendered through the termination date will be invoiced in full.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, United States Chicago.
- Insurance: Lakeview Financial Accounting Group maintains professional liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence, covering all Accountant services rendered to clients in the Chicago metropolitan area.
