- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing Accountant service market conditions in United States Miami.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis, due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances. Payment may be made via ACH transfer, wire transfer, or certified check to the firm's Miami, Florida office.
- Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers only the services explicitly listed in Section 2.
