As per this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Accountant services shall be made on a monthly basis in advance, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Payment may be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to our bank account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch, or by bank cheque drawn on any commercial bank operating in Zimbabwe Harare. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month shall apply to any outstanding balances beyond the stipulated payment period.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Accountant fees and terms may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
- The Accountant services shall commence within five (5) business days of receipt of a signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and the execution of a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- All work performed by our Accountant team shall be conducted in strict compliance with the ICAZ Code of Ethics, the Companies and Other Business Entities Act, and all applicable ZIMRA regulations in force in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, records, and information provided by the client to our Accountant practice shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, in accordance with Zimbabwean data protection legislation.
- Liability: The total liability of Moyo & Associates under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the Accountant services in the relevant period.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be due and payable.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Zimbabwe Harare.
