The Actor must be legally resident in Algeria or hold a valid work permit issued by the Algerian Ministry of Culture. All contractual obligations shall be governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, with the primary place of performance being the city of Algiers.

• Advance Payment (40%): DZD 2,863,140 — due within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be transferred to the designated bank account in Algiers.
• Mid-Production Payment (35%): DZD 2,505,248 — due upon completion of day fifteen (15) of principal photography.
• Final Payment (25%): DZD 1,789,462 — due within fifteen (15) business days following the last promotional event or delivery of all post-production sessions.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to revision.
• The Actor's engagement is exclusive to the project described herein. No concurrent commitments to other productions in Algeria or abroad are permitted during the contracted period without written consent from the Client.
• All work shall be performed in compliance with Algerian labor regulations, the Algerian Copyright Law (Law No. 04-02 of 2004), and the provisions of the Algerian Ministry of Culture regarding film production permits.
• The Actor shall be provided with a safe working environment in accordance with Algerian occupational health and safety standards. Sahara Stage Productions SARL shall bear full responsibility for the Actor's on-set welfare.
• Any changes to the shooting schedule, location (beyond Algiers and Oran), or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days in advance. Additional days or locations will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Algiers. In the absence of resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Algiers, Algeria.
• All intellectual property rights in the final film production shall vest in the Client. The Actor grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license for the use of their name, likeness, and performance in connection with the film's distribution and promotion within Algeria and internationally.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Actor in Algiers, Algeria. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
