- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate shall be considered valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance must be communicated in writing to Estudio de Producción Teatral "La Cordobesa" S.R.L. at the address listed above, located in Córdoba, Argentina.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first 14 shooting days, and 20% upon final delivery and wrap of the Actor’s engagement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the formal service contract.
- Tax Compliance: The issuing company is registered with the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP) of Argentina. All applicable taxes, including IVA (21%) and retentiones, are included in the totals presented. The Actor’s income will be subject to the corresponding tax withholdings as mandated by Argentine fiscal law.
- Intellectual Property: The performance delivered by the Actor under this engagement shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Argentine Law 11.723 (Copyright Law) and the collective management agreements administered by SADAIC and SADAIC-ARGENTORES. The production company shall obtain all necessary authorizations for the use, distribution, and exploitation of the Actor’s image and performance.
- Working Conditions: The Actor shall be entitled to a maximum of 12 hours per working day, including breaks, in compliance with the labor regulations of the Province of Córdoba and the national Labor Contract Law (Ley 20.744). Overtime beyond 10 hours shall be compensated at 1.5x the daily rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client prior to the start of pre-production rehearsals shall incur a fee of 25% of the total estimated cost. Cancellation during the shooting period shall incur a fee of 50% of the total estimated cost, plus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies as may occur in Córdoba, Argentina.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and the Province of Córdoba. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Córdoba Capital, Argentina.
